Q: When will i receive my items? A: We will ship out your items within 3 days upon order, thereafter, do cater an additional 2-3 working days for delivery. For urgent orders, do contact us.

Q: How much is delivery? A: Letterbox delivery is at a flat rate of $4. Free for orders above $60.

Q: How do I track my orders?

A: Our orders are shipped via SingPost. You may track via the SingPost website, or via the shipping notification via email (select "Singapore Post" under carrier).

Q: What kind of photos are accepted? A: A clear and unblocked photo of the subject's face is required. If your photos are unsuitable, we will inform you! Q: I changed my mind, can i refund the items? A: Customised items are not refundable unless items are defective. Do write in to us if your items are defective.
